Advertising your home

As members of the GSPC (Glasgow Solicitors Property Centre), we can deliver a uniquely effective advertising approach for your home. Our advertising campaign for your property will include all of the following for a fixed fee agreed with you in advance.

  • Advertising for your home in the GSPC Weekly List - the only dedicated weekly property publication in the West of Scotland. Over 55,000 active house hunters refer to the Weekly List every week.
  • Advertising for your home on the GSPC website - the biggest on-line source of information on properties for sale in Strathclyde.
  • Registration for your home on the GSPC property matching service - the computerised service that matches literally thousands of buyers with properties for sale through the GSPC.
  • Multiple displays of your home in the offices of the GSPC member firms in your local area and in the GSPC city centre showroom.
  • Placing of for sale boards and/or posters advertising your home for sale.
Property marketing

Our property department has been successfully selling property for many years and our aim is to sell your home as quickly as possible consistent with achieving the highest possible price. As part of our property marketing service we will:

  • Conduct an honest marketing appraisal of your home and propose a realistic asking price based on the latest sales data and market conditions.
  • Produce a high quality Home Report. This required document can be provided by us through the GSPC at a very competitive rate. Should you require any information regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Produce premium quality schedules to present your home in the best possible light.
  • Respond promptly to any requests for information/expressions of interest from any potential purchaser.
  • Arrange viewings convenient to you.
  • Provide an accompanied viewing service when you are not available or if you would prefer a professional to be present.
  • Follow up prospective purchasers to assess their level of interest and report the results to you.
  • Update you regularly on the progress of the sale, review progress within our property department and report to you on any recommendations.
  • Advise you, taking into account market conditions whether to accept an offer or when to set a closing date.

Legal expertise

No one is better placed to offer expert advice on the intricacies of conveyancing. As our client you can expect:

  • Personal contact with a senior qualified solicitor throughout the transaction.
  • Advice on the content and legal implications of any offer received together with recommendations on how we might respond on your behalf.
