Property marketing
Our property department has been successfully selling
property for many years and our aim is to sell your
home as quickly as possible consistent with achieving
the highest possible price. As part of our property
marketing service we will:
- Conduct an honest marketing appraisal of your
home and propose a realistic asking price based
on the latest sales data and market conditions.
- Produce a high quality Home Report. This required
document can be provided by us through the GSPC
at a very competitive rate. Should you require any
information regarding this, please do not hesitate

- Produce premium quality schedules to present your
home in the best possible light.
- Respond promptly to any requests for information/expressions
of interest from any potential purchaser.
- Arrange viewings convenient to you.
- Provide an accompanied viewing service when you
are not available or if you would prefer a professional

level of interest and report the results to you.
- Update you regularly on the progress of the sale,
review progress within our property department and
report to you on any recommendations.
